Two Russian adult film stars are being hunted by police for allegedly shooting a sex act on a sacred Bali mountain and uploading it to PornHub. They could face jail time if caught on the island.

They are identified as Veronika Troshina, 22, and her partner Mikhail Morozov, 26. They are both from Rybinsk, which is about 165 miles northeast of Moscow.

The video was allegedly shot on Mount Batur, which is considered one of the most sacred Hindu spots on the island of Bali, reported The Sun.

It was posted on PornHub where it was viewed over 1.2 million times. It also made it to Twitter account of Troshina last year.

Since then, Indonesian police have been looking for them. They could face up to two years and eight months behind bars if detained in Bali.

Bangli precinct chief I Gusti Agung Dhana Aryawan said, "Our officer found the location, specifically along the hiking trail of Mount Batur, a bit above Pasar Agung Temple.”

Police were "coordinating with immigration to find out whether or not the people concerned are still in Bali."

While the video caught attention of people this month, it is clear that it was shot and uploaded last year.

Troshina, who graduated from school in 2017, uses nicknames based on Mikhanika, which is a combination of her first name and that of her partner's.

Mikhail Morozov is also known as Michael Frost. They have so far not commented on the allegation.

In other news, images and videos of a naked photo shoot on a Dubai balcony went viral online earlier this month. In this regard, at least 11 Ukrainian women who posed nude, and a male Russian photographer were detained on charges of public debauchery and producing pornography, reported ABC News.

After an investigation, Dubai’s Attorney General Essam Issa al-Humaidan said that those involved in the photo shoot would be sent back to their countries. Dubai police had declined to identify them.

“The public prosecutor ordered the deportation of the accused for their behavior contrary to public morals,” al-Humaidan said at the time, and added that the group of women had been charged with violating the country's public decency law.
