The Wednesday night Powerball drawing is worth an estimated $264 million with a cash value of $186.7 million. The winning lottery numbers drawn were 12, 15, 38, 57, 63. The Powerball number was 24 with a Power Play 2X.

Since last Monday, the jackpot went unclaimed, which was an estimated $253 million with a cash value of $178.9 million, Wednesday's Powerball jackpot climbed to $264 million with a cash value of $186.7 million. However, no one won the jackpot.

There are 12 players who won the third prize, which is $50,000, while four with a Power Play purchase won $100,000. They matched four of the white ball numbers and the red Powerball. Many won smaller prizes including 252 players who matched four white ball numbers, which put their winnings at $100, while 87 people with Power Play, took home $200 each.

During the Monday drawing, four players won the third prize, which is $50,000, while another with a Power Play purchase won $100,000. Also, there were 246 players who matched four white ball numbers, with $100 prize, while 68 players won $200 each for Power Play.

Grand prize is still on the line, a player must match the six numbers on their ticket to the drawn six-number combination. The five numbers need to be selected from 1 to 69 for the white balls, while the remaining number is selected from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball.

The Powerball costs $2 per play. Powerball is available in 45 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Drawings are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:59 pm ET. Meanwhile the sales cut-off times vary depending on the selling jurisdiction, mostly by one to two hours before the drawing schedule.

The next draw will be on Dec. 4, Saturday with an estimated $278 million with a cash value of $196.6 million.
