A predatory man has been arrested for allegedly coercing a then 13-year-old girl to sign a "slave contract" to be paid to engage in illicit sexual activities with him.

Tadahiro Daimaru, 29, has been seized by the Aichi Prefectural Police on Feb. 13 after paying the underage victim 50,000 yen in exchange for sex at a Nagoya City "love hotel," the Tokyo Reporter wrote.

Kitazawa Police Station said that the offender met the minor on Twitter sometime in January and started engaging luring her to meet with him.

During their first meeting, Daimaru reportedly compelled the girl, who lives in Aichi Prefecture, to sign an indecent four-paged “slave contract” that comprised lists of "requirements," including forcing the underage girl to “pledge eternal love” to the suspect and serve as his “exclusive slave.”

Police said that during the ordeal, the offender took out his phone and filmed the act using his cellphone, and on another occasion, he ruthlessly choked her by gripping his hands around the neck.

Daimaru confessed to his crime upon initial questioning. He has been charged with suspicion of violating the anti-child prostitution and pornography law.

In a similar but unrelated story, a Saitama Prefecture sex offender was also arrested in March for having sex with a minor girl.

Masao Yonekura, 27, was arrested for paying 17,000 yen to a teenage girl in exchange for sex earlier this year, NHK reported. This was reportedly his second arrest in a single year.

The suspect was arrested on May 21 for allegedly soliciting a 17-year-old girl to engage in sexual acts. He has been charged with suspicion of violating the anti-child prostitution law.

The Warabi City, Saitama resident reportedly established contact with underage girls by using a false name on social media.

Investigations revealed that the offender has also obtained unlawful videos showing more than 20 girls in compromising positions.

In Japan, the law states that “a person who commits child prostitution shall be punished with imprisonment with labor for not more than three years or a fine of not more than one million yen.”

Its objective reveals that “the law is to protect the rights of children by prescribing punishment for acts related to child prostitution and child pornography, and by establishing measures including the giving of appropriate protection to children who have suffered physically and/or mentally from the said acts, in light of the fact that sexual exploitation and sexual abuse of children seriously infringe upon the human rights of children.”
