Prince William, Rose Hanbury 'Affair' Might Not Be The Reason Kate Cut Ties

Kate Middleton and Rose Hanbury were once good friends. However, the two ended their relationship amid rumors that the latter had an affair with Prince William.

New details about the controversial situation emerged<ins cite="mailto:Rachel" datetime="2019-06-21T13:47">, and Daily Mail reported that the Duke of Cambridge and Hanbury's alleged fling isn't really what motivated that Duchess of Cambridge to end her friendship with Hanbury. Rather, the decision may have something to with Hanbury and her husband David Rocksavage's connections.

According to the publication, Rocksavage has a lot of friends who have loads of cash and difficult backgrounds. One of his closest pals is Francois-Marie Banier, a controversial convicted criminal.

It has also been revealed that David Rocksavage typically leaves his wife at home while he jets off to Paris for his private engagements. Rumors are ripe that he travels to Paris to con rich ladies.

As such, it is possible that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge ended their friendship with Hanbury because they don't want to be linked to her husband. One publication claimed that connecting this angle to an alleged cheating scandal just made matters worse.

Prince Andrew was used as one example. He was previously associated with Jeffrey Epstein. However, he has denied all engagements with his close ally. But it is also important to note that Prince Andrew is nowhere near the throne. Prince William, on the other hand, will become king one day.
