Queen Elizabeth has reportedly been visiting Meghan Markle since watching her emotional interview in South Africa. The Queen reportedly wants to help Meghan and Prince Harry deal with the pressures of royal life as she understands their struggles with the British press.

According to reports, Queen Elizabeth is determined to keep Prince Harry and Meghan in the royal fold amid the criticisms they have received since their explosive ITV documentary. It can be recalled that while in South Africa last month, Prince Harry and Meghan came under fire after breaking an important royal protocol and gracing a private interview about their struggles as royals.

While the Queen was reportedly displeased with their revelations in the controversial interview, the documentary reportedly left her worrying more about Prince Harry and Meghan. Recently, courtiers have confirmed spotting Queen Elizabeth driving around Frogmore regularly to visit the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

According to witnesses, the Queen makes it a point to drop by Prince Harry and Meghan’s home at Frogmore whenever she is at nearby Windsor Castle. Queen Elizabeth reportedly hopes that by making frequent visits to Prince Harry and Meghan, she will be able to soften their hearts and encourage them to reunite with the other members of the royal family.

In the documentary, Prince Harry admitted that there has been an ongoing rift between him and his brother, Prince William. When asked if he and Prince William were in good terms, Prince Harry said he loved his brother but they were “on different paths at the moment,” confirming the rift. Now that he and his wife are apparently breaking away from the royal family, Queen Elizabeth is reportedly putting out all stops to try to win them back and hold their family together.

It remains unknown whether or not Queen Elizabeth will be able to make Prince Harry and Meghan return to the royal fold, but it looks like that won’t happen anytime soon. Just this week, Prince Harry and Meghan snubbed Queen Elizabeth’s invitation to spend Christmas at Sandringham as they reportedly wanted to “move away” from the royal family and “recharge their batteries” during the holidays.
