It's been three years since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry first met on a blind date - and their romance since has been nothing short of dramatic. The former party boy Prince has definitely toned down though, from his cheeky antics, drinking sessions, less than savory photo ops, and more - Prince Harry's lifestyle has undergone a major overhaul since marrying the Suits actor.

According to Angela Levin, the author behind the 2019 biography, "Harry: Conversations with the Prince", Harry has always worn his heart on his sleeves, which is why he isn't just simply in love with Meghan, but he is in awe of her, as well. Many have attributed his healthier lifestyle to her - taking note that he no longer smokes, drinks, and has been practicing yoga.

Albeit the positive changes though, Levin also noticed that he's become a "shadow of himself: miserable, tense, sulky and even emasculated. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly why, but perhaps all the changes Meghan has encouraged him to adopt have temporarily made him no longer feel quite himself."

Levin also mentioned that in 2018, Harry only fulfilled 193 royal engagement's as compared to his father's 507. It seems like the young prince has become so emotionally vulnerable that he doesn't want to do anything that will contradict with what a "charismatic and extremely determined" Meghan Markle would want.

It's not just Levin who's noticed though, according to insiders, Prince Charles and the Queen have grown increasingly worried about the young royal's well-being. Although reports have come out that the royal family were upset with the Sussexes after their controversial ITV documentary, there allegedly have been attempts to reach out the couple in hopes of reconciliation.

It doesn't help that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle continue to be heavily scrutinized though despite their emotional interview. As everything from simple hand gestures to where they stood and were seated during the Remembrance Day festivities are often misinterpreted by the pubilc and blown out of proportion.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to take a six-week break in the United States with Baby Archie. While no further details of the trip have been released, it has been speculated that they will be celebrating Thanksgiving with Meghan's mother, and that they may extend their trip to celebrate Christmas there as well.
