Today, Lexus has released its very first official image of the updated Lexus LS460 F-Sport flagship sedan.
As the previously dark fascia image suggested, the new LS dons a dramatic new front end with the brand's bold signature "Spindle Grille" design. As if the grill is pinched by the edges of the revised headlights, Lexus seems to be getting better and better at executing the unique "spindle" treatment.
In F-Sport guise, the LS receives larger wheels and tires as well as an updated sport spec suspension to improve handling performance. Under the hood, expect Lexus to leave the 4.6 liter V8 engine relatively unchanged, producing 380-hp at 6,400 rpm and 367 lb-ft of torque at 4,100 rpm.
The new LS460 F-Sport model will join the LS460 and LS600h L as the third trim in the top-of-the-line model range.
