On the morning program "BBC Breakfast," producers failed to notice a naughty sight in one of their video packages.

The show was doing a feature on Barbershopera, a group that presenter Louise Minchin described as "barber shop singers who perform comedy songs about people you might just recognize."

A clip from the music video of the quartet, made up of three men and one woman, was aired on the morning show and featured the group smartly dressed in a drawing room-style setting, with newspapers laid out on a coffee table.

Seems like producers missed a little detail that appears on the first minute of the clip of the song "I Should Have Married Kate," and a picture of Prince William with a penis drawn on his head aired on national television.

"I was shocked when I was eating my breakfast this morning when I saw a penis drawn on the future king's head on BBC Breakfast. It was a surprising one," said Mirror racing correspondent David Yates, who happened to be watching the show.

The show then continued with no mention of the incident, but later in the day the BBC apologized for the mistake, saying that producers did not catch it before going on air. "This image was shown fleetingly within a comedy promotional video for Barbershopera, a humorous barbershop group, who were appearing later on in the programme," a spokesperson explained.

"The material was provided by Barbershopera but we failed to spot the offending material within it. We apologise for this."
