Selena Gomez has been quietly tucked away in her Tennessee rehab facility as she focuses on getting better mentally and physically. In her absence from Hollywood, tons of rumors have been circulating in reference to her and ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber getting married, but as always they are just rumors. However, it is being reported that Selena may be stepping back into the spotlight sooner than we think.
According to E! News, Selena Gomez maybe leaving rehab behind and step out to attend the 2016 American Music Awards. Although the 24-year-old is invested in her rehab stint, the network exclusively learned that an appearance is very possible.
The American Music Awards show producer Larry Klein revealed exclusively to the network that the Mexican-American singer may grace the stage. An independent source also revealed that Gomez will definitely be in attendance.
The news is easy to believe due to Gomez bing recently spotted grabbing a bite to eat with her family. At the Texas Roadhouse Diner the singer was described to be enjoying herself and very sweet to fans posing for pictures.
Although the only way to confirm that the star will be attending the big show would be from her mouth, Gomez knows that her fans have been dying for her return and the surprise factor gets them everytime.
The 2016 American Music Awards is scheduled to air live on November 20 at 8p.m. on ABC.
