A raunchy sex scene surprised viewers of a Greek evening news broadcast Tuesday night as they were informed of the day's headlines by an unknowing anchor.

During the nightly news on channel ET3, the anchor delivered news of the closure of another company, Hellenic Broadcasting, as a screen behind him likely otherwise reserved for live feeds, weather images and the like, instead broadcasted a dark video of a pornographic film.

According to Mediaite, employees of the network airing the newscast accidentally confused their video feeds and ended up airing "softcore pornography" on a video screen behind the anchor. The erotic film was being broadcast on sister station ET1.
