Shark Week 2013 has been making headlines since the premier of "Megalodon: The Monster Lives" on August 4, 2013. Fans were furious the network that produces Shark Week, Discovery Channel, would televise a fake documentary as real.

After the initial anger over Megalodon subsided fans went back to enjoying all the programing about sharks Discovery Channel had to offer. What some Shark Week fans don't know is that there is a companion series that runs on YouTube to go along with Shark Week.

"Shark Cat" is a series of videos on YouTube that feature Max a shark outfit wearing house cat that likes to get dress up and ride his Roomba. In the latest video featuring Max all sharked out the little kitty is wearing a blue "hoodie" with a dorsal fin, narrow mean looking eyes and a mouth full of teeth that make it look more like Max is being eaten by a shark.

The first video of Max in his shark costume went viral in November of 2012. Max dressed like a Great White shark along with his pit bull friend dressed like a Hammer Head got three-million views. The video features the Roomba rider chasing a baby duck.

At last view the Shark Week inspired "Shark Cat" had 1,862,671 views and is still climbing. The video ends with Max atop his Roomba with "Shark Cat Week" spelled out in purple glitter on the floor. The videos of Max the "Shark Cat" are posted by his owner Helen Arnold under the username "texasgirly1979."Arnold spoke with GoodMorningAmerica.com about Max's love for riding his Roomba.

"He just loves to ride the Roomba. He does it pretty much every day. Sometimes I put it away, and if the Roomba is hidden somewhere in the corner he just sits there and looks at me."

Arnold and her husband rescued Max five years ago from an abandoned house. Arnold said she first noticed he rides the Roomba one day when she came home from work. Arnold told GMA.com she was surprised to see her cat go gliding by on the Roomba when no one was home. She then realized Max knows where the button is and how to turn on his toy.
