Week 9 of the NFL proved to be another exciting week of football. The playoff picture is getting clearer and clearer from week to week. Another Sunday of football means another opportunity for players to have stand-out performances, whether good or bad.

This week we’ll take a look at 3 Latinos that stood out with their performances:

  1. Marco Wilson, CB, Arizona Cardinals (Puerto Rico)

Marco Wilson has become a mainstay on this list due to his contributions to the Cardinals' secondary. Wilson played in 84% of the snaps in the Cardinals' 31-21 loss to Seattle. He had 4 solo tackles and a total of 5 tackles. Wilson continues to play well for Arizona despite their struggles.

2. Braxton Berrios, WR, New York Jets (Puerto Rico)

Braxton Berrios is a versatile weapon for the Jets, whose impact is usually shown on special teams and trick plays. Berrios returned two kicks for a total of 40 yards in the Jets' statement win over the Buffalo Bills. Berrios also had a 6-yard reception on a big 3rd down. Berrios finds ways to impact the game even in his limited snaps.

3. Malcolm Rodriguez, LB, Detroit Lions (Mexico)

Malcolm Rodriguez finished the Lions' upset win against the Packers with 4 total tackles, including 2 solo ones. Rodriguez was part of the Lion's defense that gave Aaron Rodgers issues this week. While the numbers don’t scream off the page, his impact was certainly felt in his limited snaps before he left the game to injury.
