Since Angelina Jolie divorced Brad Pitt, various reports have tried to link her with other A-list male stars. For instance, she has been linked to “Thor” actor Chris Hemsworth since last year. And despite being debunked each time, the rumors haven’t completely died down.

The latest one came from celebrity-focused publication Life & Style Weekly, which recently ran a story dragging Hemsworth’s wife, Elsa Pataky, into the mess, according to Gossip Cop. Based on Life & Style’s report, Hemsworth and Pataky “got into an argument over it,” referring to Jolie’s surprise appearance with the “Thor” actor at the San Diego Comic-Con.

Life & Style reported that Pataky is concerned that Jolie might steal Hemsworth from her. “Elsa seems jealous. Angelina’s user her charm to steal husbands before, so why shouldn’t she be?” the publication cited an unnamed insider who was probably referring to how Jolie fell in love with Brad Pitt while filming “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” even as the actor was still married to Jennifer Aniston.

The suspicious tipster even hinted that the couple’s argument might be getting worse. “But it’s becoming an issue,” the supposed insider further stated.

However, Gossip Cop remains unconvinced about the story’s authenticity. For starters, the premise was not even an original one as a similar story came out weeks earlier, which the fact-checking site already debunked.

Star Magazine previously reported that Jolie slipped her phone number into Hemsworth at the Comic-Con event. As a result, Pataky was reportedly enraged and even banned her husband from seeing the “Maleficent” star.

The magazine quoted a suspicious tipster who said that Jolie “sees Chris as this younger, sexier, more exciting version of Brad.” The source also explained that the actress “loved every second of being with Chris at Comic-Con and desperately wants to work on some hot-blooded project as an onscreen couple with him.”

However, Star’s article was debunked by Gossip Cop when Jolie’s camp confirmed that “none of this is remotely true.” Similarly, the fact-checking site confirmed with more reliable sources who confirmed that Life & Style’s latest report is “just more nonsense.”
