Tonight at 9 p.m. ET NBC will air an all new "Law and Order: SVU" titled "Military Justice." Actress Shiri Appleby guest stars as a soldier who accuses others on her base of gang rape. In the promo Appleby is first seen sitting on a train covered in bruises. Later it is revealed that Appleby is not just any solider but the daughter of an admiral. Despite her father's rank the SVU team is going to have a difficult time getting the military to cooperate.

In an exclusive clip released by NBC we see the victim speaking with Detective Benson and District Attorney Barba when they are suddenly interrupted by military police. The MPs place Appleby under arrest on charges of fraternization, disorderly conduct and adultery. As she is led from the room Benson and Barba tell the victim not to say a word without a lawyer. Just before the MPs burst into Barba's officer Appleby's character was trying to explain how difficult life is for military women.

"The hazing," she said "you can't show that you're weak." Secrets will be exposed tonight on "Law and Order: SVU." From the promo we get the feeling that the military is going to do anything they can in order to keep the victim's gang rape under wraps. The SVU team has gone up against the military in the past and did not have an easy time of it. If you can't watch all the drama of "SVU" unfold tonight, catch up online anytime with full episodes at NBC.com.
