Early this week, Emilio Estefan launched the highly-anticipated song "We're All Mexican," which he produced with the help of his famous friends. Artists such as Wisin, Pitbull, Thalia and Carlos Santana joined the Cuban-American music producer in his latest production that celebrates Hispanics and their accomplishments.

The song, which is accompanied by a three-minute long video, also serves as a response to the anti-Mexican and anti-Latino sentiment in the U.S. Many people have reacted to the empowering song, including Sofia Vergara.

"I think it's great. I think it's beautiful to unite with people and to fight for a cause and represent a cause. It's a fun thing to do to come together and help other people," the Colombian actress told the Associated Press. The 43-year-old also stated that things in the industry have changed since she first stepped in twenty years ago. "It's easier now to make a crossover. There are so many more opportunities; there are so many more scripts that have been written for Latin people. There's definitely doors opening every day," she told AP.
