Princess Diana has been deceased for over two decades, so she has not witnessed the issues that her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, are facing at the moment. And if she were still alive, she would’ve knocked some sense into her two boys, especially the Duke of Sussex.

Daily Mail journalist Amanda Platell discussed the royal siblings’ recent decision to split their charities. It has been announced that the Royal Foundation will now be known as the Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Prior to the split, it was reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have teamed up with Oprah Winfrey for an upcoming television series on mental health. Prince Harry has been passionate about the issue, which was also close to the Princess of Wales’ heart.

Platell said that Prince William and Prince Harry’s decision to part ways may be considered sad, especially since they have forged a strong bond after their mom passed away on Aug. 31, 1997. But the relationship between the two royals changed after Prince Harry tied the knot with Meghan last year.

To make things worse, there are also rumors suggesting that the “Suits” alum is thinking about opening an office in the United States, which could be a perfect platform for her and her husband. However, an office in the US is very far from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s office in Kensington Palace.

Rumors are also ripe that Prince Harry and Meghan could move to Africa for a couple of years with their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. If the decision pushes through, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would do everything they can to help save the continent.

Additionally, Prince Harry and Meghan have also created their own social media account to seal their split from Prince William and Kate. The rival Instagram accounts are packed with updates about the royal couples.

Platell said that this type of rivalry seems cheap and unhelpful. And if the Princess of Wales were still alive, she would have knocked some sense into her sons, particularly her youngest.
