Will Selena Gomez Be Releasing Her First Line Of Beauty Products Soon?

Selena Gomez may soon release her first-ever beauty product line in the coming months. It has been reported that the singer’s production company, July Moon, trademarked Gomez’s name last month.

According to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (via WWD), the filing for the “Selena Gomez” trademark was done on July 11. The filing revealed that Gomez may be releasing perfumes, makeup, skincare products like oils and moisturizers, as well as hair products.

The “Wolves” singer released a perfume with Adrenalina Inc. in 2011. The Eau de Parfum fragrance called Selena Gomez is a combination of raspberry, freesia and vanilla scents.

Prior to the perfume’s release, Gomez asked her fans to vote for their top three favorite scents that she could feature in her latest venture. The three scents received the greatest number of votes.

“In addition to raspberry, the composition’s opening includes a handful of fruits such as sweet orange, pineapple, and peach,” Amazon described the product. “The heart consists of purple freesia, Cosmone musk, and dewberry, while vanilla in the base is joined by sweet flavors of rich amber, chocolate, and coconut,” Amazon added.

Selena Gomez fragrance is available in two variants: 50ml and 100ml. The packaging of the perfume features a tall and narrow bottle that looks like an evening gown. The product is manufactured in the United States.

Gomez also made headlines this week after she managed to sell out a sexy red one-piece swimsuit after being photographed in it. The singer previously posed in her Krahs swimsuit, and owner Theresa Marie Mingus is grateful to the former child star.

“Selena was like, dude, let me be your first collab,” Mingus told Page Six. “I was toying with the idea and then I was like wait, hold on, this is amazing that she wants to be my first collab! So I definitely took her up on that offer and I’m just super appreciative. She has a huge platform and she was just ready to be supportive of her friend. It just shows how amazing she is as a person.”

Gomez also helped Mingus in designing some of the swimsuits. According to the owner, the high-waisted swimwear is her most popular piece.
