After winning their 4th Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series in a row, it’s no wonder “Modern Family” had a great summer. Now we get to see how the characters evolved and all the funny happenings the season will showcase. Apart from laughing every Wednesday night, there are some particular things we’re looking forward to seeing. In addition, the show released its 5 first episode names and those also got us very excited. It’s like magic! From all the teasers we’ve seen so far, looks like Phil Dunphy’s pursuing his dream of becoming a professional magician and the best part: Claire’s into it so we might see Phil become more magician, less realtor this season and very few things make us happier than seeing Phil Dunphy succeed at anything.

The Tucker-Pritchetts are back! Our favorite uncles are back from their honeymoon after making us all sob at their wedding in the Season 5 finale. It’ll be interesting to see how married life suits the pair and, as Lilly grows up, we’re seeing more and more lines and more of a sassy personality! Alex’s humanitarian summer: it’s not to say that this has anything to do with it, but in the latest teaser it seems like the Dunphys are having their most harmonious summer ever. No sibling fighting between Luke and Hailey, and Claire is finally getting into Phil’s magic! Let’s see how it goes when everything’s back to normal and Alex’s humanitarian self gets back home.

Family-ar faces: New stars are joining this season’s cast like Steve Zahn, who is having a “recurring guest star role” as the new (nasty) neighbor of the Dunphys. Adam DeVine is returning as Andy the many so we’re guessing he chose not to go to Utah and might give Hailey Dunphy a chance? Hard to say since producers have said Dylan, Hailey’s on again, off again boyfriend will be back too. Love triangle? Luke and Manny: As these two approach puberty, they get more and more similar. Luke’s starting to be more interested in girls (for a while now) and that helps him bond with Manny, who’s known how to get to girls’ hearts for years. We’re excited to see these two get closer as cousins/bffs or what not.

Hailey’s calling: Has Hailey Dunphy finally found her true calling in fashion? Maybe! Seems like this summer’s been very productive for her and we’re wondering if we’ll get to see her fashion blog succeed or fail terribly due to her often-seen lack of commitment to things. Gloria Pritchett: Not only can we not get enough of Gloria but from what we've seen in the teasers, she's going a little cookoo on Jay because she always makes an effort (or not) to look stunning and Jay doesn't; seems like she's trying to teach him a lesson and we love it. Go Gloria!
