Tonight was elimination night on “American Idol.” Last night contestants had great performances, it can be said no one had any idea who would be in the bottom and have to sing for the judges’ only save of the season. This night is always a very stressful one for contestants because they learn what their fate will be; if they go home or continue on in the competition.
Judging on last night’s performances it was really hard to predict who would be in the bottom three. So with that being said, the contestants that made the bottom three were Malaya Watson, CJ Harris and Sam Woolf. Ryan announced that Sam was in the bottom so Malaya and CJ were safe.
Sam had to sing for his life, and he did! The judges used their only save of the season tonight on Sam. Jennifer Lopez announced that the decision was unanimous and they were deciding to save him. The other 7 contestants ran on stage and hugged him and even picked him up because they were so happy. This means we will see Sam again next week competing even stronger than ever now that he has been given a second chance.
