Are Lily-Rose Depp And Timothee Chalamet Back Together?

Speculations of the old flames Lily-Rose Depp and Timothee Chalamet getting back together are doing the rounds on the Internet since the duo were spotted in New York. If the rumors are true then the reconciled romance is an awaited moment for their fans.

Chalamet and Depp stepped out separately in Downtown Manhattan on Monday, but were spotted just a few streets away from each other, reported Cosmopolitan. The proximity of them being spotted in the same area seems too much of a coincidence to speculators. This conjecture comes after a year since the duo’s split in April 2020. They were together for 18 months.

The couple first announced their relationship in October 2018, when they were seen kissing in NYC and going on multiple dinner dates later that month. Though the pair kept the majority of their relationship under wraps, the news of their romance spread like wildfire in September 2019 when they were photographed getting intimate on a boat while on a vacation to Italy.

The 25-year-old Chalamet was displeased with the photos in the mainstream media. He told GQ then that he was embarrassed, and didn’t want their private moments to be up for display. He reflected upon the pictures saying, “I went to bed that night thinking that was one of the best days of my life. I was on this boat all day with someone I really loved, and closing my eyes, I was like, indisputably, ‘That was great.’ And then waking up to all these pictures, and feeling embarrassed, and looking like a real nob?”

Depp is the eldest child of US actor Johnny Depp and singer Vanessa Paradis and was born in France. She is also the muse and brand ambassador of Chanel. Among many things one that's common between Depp and Chalamet is they both speak fluent French.

Chalamet was born in the United States to his French mother and father. His performance in the Oscar-winning film "Call Me By Your Name" moved the audience. The actors have acted together in "The King".

There is no news whether the old lovers have reconnected or not. It is merely a speculation game until they comment on it. Until then, fans just have to relish in a conjecture. Romance aside, Depp has been working on her new movie "Voyagers" that is set to release on April 9.
