Jennifer Garner was spotted in her first solo outing in public after her ex Ben Affleck slipped up in his sobriety. The actress was spotted walking on the streets in Los Angeles, and her boyfriend John Miller was not with her.
Pictures and a video of Garner’s outing that has surfaced on Daily Mail shows her in a white sweater with stripes and a pair of blue jeans. She finished the look with a black handbag and a pair of white sneakers. The actress had her hair combed back into a bun.
The outing comes at a time when Affleck admitted he slipped up with his sobriety when he went to a masquerade Halloween party recently. He was with his current girlfriend Kate Cherry at the party. After getting a little drunk, he went straight to Garner’s house, which is in Pasadena, California.
Garner and Affleck were married in 2005, but they got divorced later, which was finalized in 2018. The two celebrities are currently co-parenting their three children, 13-year-old Violet, 10-year-old Seraphina, and 7-year-old Samuel.
The two celebrities have moved on after their split, but they remain on friendly terms. Garner has been supportive of Affleck, as he struggles to stay sober, which may be the reason why he went to her house after drinking at the party.
A source close to Affleck told People that it wasn’t easy for the actor to admit his mistake, but he has owned up to it and has affirmed that it will not happen again. The insider pointed out that it was a smart move because the story is now essentially over because the actor has owned up to his actions.
One of Affleck’s friends had previously said that Affleck knew he was going to slip up from time to time. It is not clear if the actor will head back into rehab, and Garner hasn’t yet commented on the issue.
