Bennifer: Jennifer Lopez Prioritizing Children While Getting Serious With Ben Affleck

Pictures of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez getting cozy together have put rumors about the actress’ new man to rest. There have been speculations that a man from her past could have replaced former fiancé Alex Rodriguez from her life. Of all the speculated partners, Lopez seems to have reignited the relationship she had with the Batman star.

The thrice-married actress had been engaged to Rodriguez since March 2019. The couple had been putting off their wedding due to multiple reasons including the Covid-19 lockdown. After two years of their engagement, the couple officially called it quits in March of this year. They officially announced the split in April, Harper’s Bazaar documented. Since their engagement was called off, there have been rumors regarding the new man in Lopez’s life.

Since May it has been apparent that the partner Lopez has chosen is her former fiancé Affleck. The couple had dated and were engaged for a short period of time between 2002 and 2004. Woman’s Health reported that after the long separation, the couple reignited their relationship as they spent a holiday in Montana in May.

Indicating the seriousness of their relationship, the couple has stayed together in Miami where Lopez is renting a $130,000 a month property from jewelry designer Paul Morelli. The couple was also seen working out together. Reportedly they were spotted stealing kisses in between their work out at the gym.

Taking their relationship public, earlier this week they were spotted on a dinner date. Affleck drove Lopez to Wolfgang Puck’s new restaurant at Pendry hotel in Los Angeles. The couple was with a third person. They were seen getting cozy in public as they had their arms around each other. Lopez rested her head on her new beau’s chest. The couple was also seen holding hands outside the restaurant.

While the couple appears to be getting serious with their relationship, a source told Page Six that her family was Lopez’s priority. Both the stars have children from their previous relationships. Lopez has twins Emme Maribel Muñiz and Maximilian David Muñiz with her former husband Marc Anthony. Affleck has two daughters, Violet Anne and Seraphina Rose Elizabeth, and a son Samuel Garner with actress Jennifer Garner. He was spotted over the weekend spending time in Los Angeles with Samuel and Seraphina.
