Distressing Video: Now-Deceased Rape Victim With Slit Throat Sitting Next To Toddler Son's Lifeless Body

A distressing video has surfaced on the internet where the now-deceased woman is seen sitting with a slit throat next to the lifeless body of her toddler son.

The mother, identified as Naseem Bibi of Islamabad, Pakistan, was reportedly raped before the suspect attacked her and her baby boy.

According to the Rawalpindi police, a case was registered based on a complaint filed by the victim’s sister, Shamim Bibi.

In her statement, Shamim said that she, her sister, and her sister’s 1-1.5-year-old son, lived with their uncle in Rawat. She said the family was extremely poor and survived by begging in the streets.

On July 24, the two sisters and the child went to Chak Beli Bazaar in order to seek alms. Once there, Shamim said the suspect, who was known to Naseem, approached them on his motorcycle.

The suspect then asked Shamim to wait for them and rode away with Naseem and her son towards Mahuta Mohra village, according to the documents.

Shamim said around two hours later she saw the suspect speed by her on his motorcycle without Naseem or her son.

Upon suspicion, she informed her uncle and the duo went looking for the mother and son. A short while later, they located Naseem in a forest in Mahuta Mohra with a large gash visible on her neck sitting next to the boy’s lifeless body.

Naseem told her sister and uncle that the suspect had raped her and then stabbed her with a knife before slashing her son on his neck.

Naseem said the suspect fled the scene when she cried for help.

Both victims were rushed to a nearby hospital. The child was pronounced dead while being transported to the hospital, while Naseem died a day after the incident at District Headquarters Hospital Rawalpindi.

A manhunt was initiated to nab the suspect. After 72 hours of rigorous search, the Rawalpindi Police arrested the suspect from Chak Beli Bazaar on July 27.

He is charged with two counts of murder and one count of rape. The police have not publicly identified the suspect.
