While attending the playoff game of her Toronto Maple Leafs fiancé, Elisha Cuthbert caused some controversy after an eye roll was thought to be given to the wife of Maple Leafs goalie James Reimer.
April Reimer was sitting one row in front of the "Happy Endings" actress when the forward for the opposing team, the Boston Bruins David Krejci, was able to get a goal past her husband. Neither Cuthbert nor April Reimer were too pleased about Boston's goal.
Cameras caught the two women looking pretty annoyed when the Bruins captured a 4-3 win over Toronto. One image that has caused a lot of buzz was an eye roll made by Cuthbert toward Reimer. Everyone assumed Cuthbert was rolling her eyes at Reimer because her husband failed to stop the winning goal.
In reality, the two women were equally annoyed not because their team lost but because of a "jerk" sitting near them. April Reimer took to Twitter to let everyone know Elisha Cuthbert did not roll her eyes toward her.
"For those of you who were thinking [Elisha Cuthbert] and I were rolling our eyes at each other. [It] was the jerk behind us."
