'Empire' Is With Her! Watch TV Show's Cast Stand By Hillary Clinton In New Ad [VIDEO]

As the election get close, Democratic presidential nominee Hilary Clinton has been doing pretty well in the polls. The candidate who gave an impressive performance in the first presidential debate has been doing well in the polls and now she has garnered support from the #1 primetime show on FOX, 'Empire'.

The new advertisement, which was released last night showcases majority of the cast and the creator giving their support to Clinton. Titled “What Will You Say?,” actors Tasha Smith, Gabourey Sidibe, Jussie Smollet, Trai Byers, Bryshere Gray, Grace Byers, Taraji P. Henson, and the shows co-creator Lee Daniels show their support for the Democratic presidential nominee.

In the minute-long campaign, Henson starts out the campaign with the powerful question of “What will I tell my son?.” Members of the cast and creator praise Clinton for her stance on gun control, her support of The Black Lives Matter movement, woman’s rights and Obamacare. They also make sure to point out that if Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump gets into office the “violence against mankind will only get worse.”

The campaign directed by Daniels, urges viewers to take a stand and have their voices heard in the upcoming election. In the ad the creator reminds viewers “So many women and men died for us to have the right to vote. He continues, “Every time we sit out, we dishonor their sacrifices.”

This is a major win for the Clinton campaign with many fans showing their support for the campaign via social media. In the past celebrity partnerships such as the Pusha T voter registration event and even the Mary J. Blige sit down hasn’t gone so well for the candidate but this campaign has gotten many people on board.
