After snapping their team’s unbeaten run in the Chinese Basketball Association, four players scored in double figures as the Beijing Ducks got their fifth win via 100-91 win against Jiangsu Dragons.

According to a report from Bleacher Report, Jeremy Lin scored 26 points, four assists, and three boards and kept his aggressive play, converting 13 of his 17 shots from the stripe. He shot one of his two three-pointers to the delight of the crowd.

Before the game, we previously wrote that Jiangsu, through their Weibo account, announced that they will match Lin’s donation for every missed three-pointer. Lin’s outing enabled him to raise 9,000 yuan – 3, 000 yuan more courtesy of Jiangsu’s defense on the Harvard star’s missed three-pointer.

That lone three-pointer was enough for the crown to show their appreciation to the league’s newest star. On a tweet by Twitter user @PopoChung7, the crowd was chanting “Thank you, Jeremy” in their language right after making the shot from downtown.

The game wasn’t a walk in the park for the Ducks as per Twitter user @kwawa_hsuk302, the team was undermanned as they played without three of their starters.

Zhai Xiaochuan scored a game-high 27 points built on five three-pointers, six rebounds, five assists, and three steals for the now 5-1 Ducks. Justin Hamilton, an NBA second-round pick in 2012, churned a double-double of 25 points, 16 rebounds, six assists, and one block in 38 minutes of play.

With the victory, Jeremy Lin is now averaging 26 points, 6.8 assists, and 6.6 rebounds in his return to the Chinese league after his championship run with the Toronto Raptors.

Miroslav Raduljica top-scored for Jiangsu with 31 points and 11 rebounds together with three assists, two steals, and one block. Forward Li Yi scored his season-high 18 points, five assists, and two rebounds but not enough to save his team in dropping to 3-3.
