Following the "Game of Thrones" premiere fans have been re-introduced to the world of Westeros and Sunday night in episode 2, 'Dark Wings, Dark Words,' introduced us to new people and places found in the Seven Kingdoms. While the audience was left with a lot of questions, characters made some insightful discoveries.

Soon to be Queen Margaery and Lady Olenna Tyrell learned from Sansa that King Joffery is indeed a "monster." The Hound revealed Arya's true identity to the "Brotherhood Without Banners"; in addition Arya's brother Bran learned that the three-eyed raven from his dreams is actually him. Talisa discovers that Catelyn Stark feels her devastation occurred because she couldn't love Jon Snow.

A lot of new plot lines are beginning to form; therefore the easiest way to recap is by each character we caught a glimpse of last night.

Queen Cersei is seen attempting to counsel and guide her diabolical young King Joffrey. Joffrey who refuses to wear flowers on his tunic and is smitten with the young, cunning and beautiful Margaery Tyrell. Joffrey deems Margaery a good woman because according to him, unlike his mother "she does what she's told" and she has made her interest in killing known to his bloodthirsty self. Margaery is quite cunning using both her wits and womanly charms to wrap the King tightly around her finger.

Although we soon learn that Margaery is assisted in her quest for power by her calculating grandmother, Lady Olenna Tyrell, the matriarch of House Tyrell of Highgarden. Both Margaery and Lady Olenna coerce Sansa to reveal the truth about King Joffrey. After multiple attempts to keep her knowledge of Joffrey from the Tyrells, Sansa breaks down emotionally after recounting Ned's beheading. Sansa tells the Tyrells Westeros's worst kept secret that King Joffrey is in fact a "monster."

Let's not forget about other Stark girl, Arya was traveling with Hot Pie and Gendry en route to Riverrun to find refuge with the Tullys. However along the way they are confronted by the "Brotherhood Without Banners," her real identity is revealed when the Hound is captured and sees her face as she is leaving.

The other little Starks, Bran and Rickon, are being protected by Osha, the wildling and Hodor. They are traveling away from Winterfell when Jojen and Meera Reed find them. Jojen was earlier seen in a dream Bran was having about the three-eyed crow. We soon learn that like Bran, Jojen has 'the sight' which means he can see the future, present or the past. We also discover that Bran is a wrag. A skinchanger or warg is a person with the ability to enter the mind of an animal and control its actions.

As if a one wrag wasn't enough of a surprise we also met a wrag that is a part of the wildlings. Orell is a wrag that inhibits the body of an eagle and does scouting for Mance Ryder's army.

We also saw Brienne and Jamie traveling to Kings Landing. Although after a failed escape attempt both Brienne and Jamie and captured by the bastard of House Bolton to be returned to the King of the North, Robb Stark.

While we didn't see much of Robb and Catelyn Stark one of the more emotional scenes took place between Catelyn and Talisa. Catelyn tells Talisa a sad tale of how she prayed over the body of a young, dying Jon Snow. She asked the seven gods of Westeros to save Jon in exchange she would love him, and have him become a true Stark. After Jon survived the Pox, Catelyn however could not love him like her own children and now believes that her broken promise to the gods is the cause of her family's tragic end and heartache.

We did see a quick glimpse of the Night's Watch and chubby Samwell Tarly. After fleeing form the Fist of the First Men, the men of the Night's Watch are slowly making their way back to the Wall. Sam falls and refuses to walk any longer until Lord Commander Mormont states that "forbids him to die" in the white wilds of the North.

And last but not least, the audience finally sees Theon Greyjoy, although Theon is near death. He is being tortured by an unknown group of men in an unknown location.
