Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are currently on a tour of Africa, and they are joined by their four-month-old son Archie. The flight to South Africa was a long one, and the Duchess of Sussex was reportedly concerned about how it might affect her son.

Eyewitness who saw the royals on the flight told Hello Magazine that Markle “slept with one eye open.” The source pointed out that this was a long flight, and the royals spoke about it being the longest flight for their son.

Although the flight was a long one, Archie was reportedly a good baby. The baby has been so well behaved that his parents have been speaking about what a good traveler he is.

Prince Harry and Markle were guests at the home of a Muslim family in South Africa, where they talked about what the journey was like for them. The royals said that their son was an “easy traveler,” and he apparently slept on his father’s chest for almost 11 hours during the flight.

Nazli Ebrosss Fakier, who was with the royals during their tea, observed that Prince Harry was particularly happy about being in Cape Town, and he apparently couldn’t stop talking about how happy he was being in Africa with his family. Africa has a special place in the Duke of Sussex’s heart, and he loves travelling to the continent when he can.

Although Archie didn’t create any problems for his parents on the flight, the long journey wore him out. Prince Harry said that his son was “not grouchy, just exhausted.” So far, the royal baby appears to love the new environment, according to his father.

During their visit to the Waves for Charity, Markle and Prince Harry were asked what they considered their biggest strength, and the Duchess of Sussex said that it was parenting, Express reported. She also said that they are still “learning and developing.”
