MacRumors is reporting that they have received new leaked images of the iPhone 5S. The images show botht the interior and rear shell of Apple's upcoming 5S device. The device appears to carry the same redesigned logic board that leaked earlier in the week. Which definitely suggest that these images are the new iPhone 5S.

There have been several interesting observations made from the leaked images:
The first is the battery which carries a more recent Apple Part Number of 616-0652 compared to the iPhone 5 battery, which has carried several different part numbers including 616-0611 and 616-0613. The new battery also has a higher capacity of 5.92 Whr, compated to the 5.45 Whr capacity of the iPhone 5 battery. The battery is featuring blank boxes where there are usually logos which indicated that the battery has yet to receive final certification.
The logic board that appeared earlier in the week is an exact match to the one that appears in the new iPhone 5S.

The main chip on the logic board is not labeled with A-series name such as A6 as seen on the iPhone 5. It could be that the chip is new as well and has not received certification like the battery or it could be the label was removed or never printed on the chip.
The back of the iPhone 5S shows a vertical pill-shaped window for the LED flash which is definitely different than the circle window on the current iPhone's LED flash.
The new pictures show a phone that looks exactly the same as the current gen iPhone with slight changes but that's Apple trend right?

The new iPhone 5S is set to launch this fall alongside a new low-cost model iPhone. Both phones will come in multiple colors. The 5S in black, white and gold or tan and the low-cost model in the colors of the iPod nano.
