James Rodriguez has proven that he’s not only a great soccer player, but also a hot underwear model! The 24-year-old Colombian athlete, who plays for Real Madrid and is the captain of the Colombian National Team, has nabbed a new gig off the field and in front of the cameras.

Turns out Calvin Klein approached him to be one of the faces of the famous campaign “#mycalvins,” which has seen the likes of Mark Wahlberg, Justin Bieber, Kate Moss, Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Grace Coddington and Frank Ocean, among many other famous faces.

In a video posted on Calvin Klein’s official YouTube page, you can see a smitten James taking his clothes little by little for the lens of photographer Tyrone Lebon, while a woman behind the camera asks him personal questions such as “have you ever been in love?” to which he replied “Yes, of course,” and “Could you tell me about your first kiss?” which we all know now was “quick.” That became one of the slogans for James’ underwear campaign: “I am quick in #mycalvins.”

Another one of the slogans accompanying James’ image is “I look ahead in #mycalvins.” The soccer star posted a close-up of his profile with those words on it on his social media accounts, confirming that he was indeed chosen to participate in this campaign. This achievement confirms that Rodriguez is not only a star on the soccer field, but he has transcended sports and positioned himself as a millennial celebrity.

Rodriguez was born in Cucutá, Colombia and is commonly ranked as one of the best young players in the world. He is praised for his technique, vision and playmaking skills. He rose to international fame when he played in the 2014 FIFA World Cup, where he won the Golden Boot as the top goal scorer.
