Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez looked chic when she met with contractors at her and husband Ben Affleck's new mansion worth $64 million.
The 53-year-old singer and the "Good Will Hunting" actor visited the Pacific Palisades compound on Saturday, reported Page Six.
She wore light blue baggy cargo pants with pockets and completed the low-key look with a turtleneck in white color and brown boots. Her hair was styled into a messy bun.
Her husband also chose comfort by wearing an orange flannel coat over a black top. He teamed them up with dark wash jeans and colorful Nike Air Jordan sneakers.
Photos showed the couple touring the property with their phones in hand. They also seemed to have an iPad.
The California property sits on 1.13 acres and has 8 bedrooms with 11 bathrooms. There's also a gym, movie theatre, games room and an elevator. There's a huge backyard with a pool and fire pit area as well.
Lopez and Affleck settled on the property after reportedly pulling out of escrow for a neighboring house worth $34.5 million earlier this month.
It offers plenty of room for the couple's big family, with Lopez sharing her 15-year-old twins, Max and Emme, with ex-husband Marc Anthony. Affleck shares Seraphina, 17, Violet, 14, and Samuel, 11, with his former wife Jennifer Garner.
Lopez recently paid tribute to her children with an Instagram post shared on their 15th birthday. Affleck also made a cameo in the post.
She wished them a Happy birthday, and said that she is "so proud of you both in every single way."
Lopez and Affleck dated for the first time from 2002 to 2004 and were even engaged but soon parted ways.
They reignited romance, and then Affleck popped the question to Lopez for the second time in April 2022.
They married in Las Vegas last July and said "I do" for the second time in Georgia in August 2022.
Meanwhile, the couple decided to skip the 2023 Oscars, reported Harper's Bazaar.
Neither was nominated for an Oscar, but their presence on the red carpet at Hollywood events is always expected.
It's unclear why the two opted to skip the Los Angeles ceremony, but they have both been busy with different projects.
Lopez is preparing for the release of her album "This Is Me... Now, which was inspired by her love for her husband. Affleck, on the other hand, is getting ready for the release of his film "Air," which is a biographical sports drama that he directed and also stars in.
