Who's scared of dying? Not Joan Sebastian! Nope. No. Never.

In fact, after being diagnosed with bone cancer in 1997 and battling the disease for 18 years, the Mexican singer is prepared for any tragedy.

According to his brother Federico Figueroa, Sebastian is not scared of death and is ready to leave this earth. "If anyone is ready for the final day of life, it's him," he said, reports TV y Novelas. "He's been battling with death for many years, that he should be worried."

However, "El Rey del Jaripeo" is not scared at all. He's even got his will ready to go ---though details of it were not revealed.

In April, Sebastian relapsed, a moment which Figueroa recalled as "hard times" for the entire family. "I believe it was the most difficult stage for everyone, it affected us a lot," he added.

The "Tatuajes" singer has been recuperating since, thanks to a bone cement treatment he received at Hospital Ángeles de Puebla to strengthen his bones.
