Nickelodeon has confirmed today that The Legend of Korra will in fact have a panel at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con.
The panel for The Legend of Korra will take place on July 19 at 11:15, and will be hosted in Ballroom 20 - one of the highest-capacity rooms in the convention center. None of the panelists have been announced yet, but presumably the show's co-creators and cast will attend, as they did last year.

It is also possible that more news about Korra at Comic-Con may be coming soon. Co-creator Bryan Konietzko wrote on his Tumblr that "we have a lot planned over more than one day," so presumably the panel will not be The Legend of Korra's only display at the convention.
The Hollywood Reporter also reveals that Nickelodeon is releasing an interactive book, The Legend of Korra: Enhanced Experience, on July 2nd, which includes concept art, an in-depth look at the characters, animatics, storyboards and more. A preview glimpse of the book has been released by The Hollywood Reporter, check it out below.

No specifics are given on who will be among the panelists for the Nickelodeon series, though Korra creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko have already indicated they will be there.
Last year's panel included: series voice director Andrea Romano, stars Janet Varney (Korra), P.J. Byrne (Bolin), David Faustino (Mako), and Seychelle Gabriel (Asami). And "The Legend of Korra" creators Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko.
