Fans don't have to wait any longer! "The Legend of Korra," "Book Two: Spirits," airs tonight with a one-hour premiere. The hour-long premiere is comprised of two episodes "Rebel Spirit" and "The Southern Lights." Nickelodeon has posted the descriptions of both episodes which reads, for "Rebel Spirit": "Korra struggles to find a deeper connection to the spirit world." And for "The Southern Lights" the description reads: "Korra and Chief Unalaq find a source of great spiritual power."
With the release so close a plethora of information, leaks and sneak peeks have been released for season two of Korra. The most recent was a clip featuring Bolin interrupting a tense conversation between Korra and her father, Tonraq. Then there was an epic new trailer released that had lots of drama, action and bending and both videos can be seen below. Korra was even featured in Entertainment Weekly with an epic bending photo.Season two of Korra has been a long wait for many seeing how the last season.
"Book One: Air," finished June of 2012. Fans are eager to experience the further adventures of Avatar Korra and her friends. Season two will introduce a ton of new characters from "The Walking Dead's" Steven Yeun who plays the very first avatar. James Remar ("Dexter") joins as Korra's father, Tonraq. Aubrey Plaza ("Parks and Recreation") and Aaron Himelstein ("Joan of Arcadia") play a pair of waterbending twins, while Lisa Edelstein ("House") is Kya, Aang and Katara's daughter.
