A 21-year-old man drew a 15-month jail term after he reportedly masturbated and then ejaculated on a woman who was with her child at a supermarket.
The man was identified as Elias Flor who did the sick act like the mother and her 12-year-old boy were browsing a toy aisle at a Walmart shop in Winter Haven, Florida in December 2019.
In a report, the 21-year-old allegedly turned himself in and agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors. Hence, he will be released from state prison after 15 months.
A court heard how Flor pleaded to no contest to a felony child abuse charge after he was spotted masturbating on the back of a woman with her son.
The 21-year-old was originally charged with lewd and lascivious behavior in the presence of a child under the age of 16. He went before the court on the lesser child abuse count. Hence, Flor saw the misdemeanor battery count dropped as a result of the plea agreement.
According to the official report from the Winter Haven Police, Flor approached the woman from behind and then started to unzip his pants. He pulled out his weenie and then started to masturbate until he ejaculated, allegedly on the pants of the woman or her buttocks.
It was the 12-year-old son who saw what Flor had done and immediately called the attention of his mother. From there, the woman called Walmart workers about what had happened.
Flor was immediately identified thanks to surveillance photos. It turned out that he lived only a few miles away from Walmart. He turned himself in and admitted to the sickening act.
After his 15-month sentence, Flor will also have to complete a three-year probation period. He was also ordered to pay $900 in fines and court costs and also undergo a psychosexual evaluation.
