DOGE Chair Greene Announces Hearing on USA Fencing Allowing Biological Men in Women's Events

Former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene questioned President Donald Trump's mental state over the ongoing war in Iran, claiming that the fact he has said he doesn't think he's going to heaven may not lead him to make decisions with the common good in mind.

Speaking to commentator Megyn Kelly, Greene asked: "What's on his mind? What's his mental state? If he doesn't think he's going to heaven, and he's toward the end of his life, how does that pan out for the rest of us when we have a president of the United States who is convinced he's not going to heaven? What does that mean his decision making is?" Greene said.

She went on to address remarks from Trump claiming that the war will likely take four or five weeks, or perhaps more. "What is happening to the man I supported?

I think it's time for America to rip the band-aid off and have a serious conversation about what is happening to our country and who these decisions are being made for and who is making these decisions," she concluded.

Greene has been extremely critical of the strikes against the Iranian regime, claiming President Donald Trump lied during his campaign when he promised the U.S. wouldn't get involved in new conflicts.

She has also called on Vice President JD Vance and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to "speak out" against it, recalling that the two were "both on record repeatedly, publicly, and loudly" calling on to prevent such a scenario.

"People are paying attention, very close attention. Silence won't cut it," Greene said in a social media publication.

"You cannot be silent. Americans are dying. You both know this is not what we campaigned for and this is 100% what we said would not happen. We said, I said, you said: NO MORE FOREIGN WARS AND NO MORE REGIME CHANGE. All we wanted was America FIRST. This is not it," she added.
