Meghan Markle Pictured With Archie Running Errands After Prince Harry Returns To US

Meghan Markle is acing mommy duties like it's nobody’s business! The pregnant Duchess was papped carrying their young son Archie to someplace on Wednesday after Prince Harry’s return from the UK.

The Duchess of Sussex oozed a casual chic vibe in blue jeans, a black T-shirt, an army green utility jacket, pointed toe nude mules, and a black face mask, and didn’t look directly into the camera, as reported on Page Six.

Her hands seemed quite full—literally and metaphorically. Meghan was carrying Archie in one hand while lugging his space-themed lunch box on the other. Baby Archie sported a black beanie, a gray sweatshirt, rolled jeans, white Velcro sneakers, and a green backpack. Things took an interesting turn in the past week, with Harry’s delayed return to Montecito, California.

Harry had flown into Los Angeles on an American Airlines flight that arrived on Tuesday afternoon, as he was divided on whether to stay back or not for Queen Elizabeth’s 95th birthday, and eventually opted for the latter. Meghan, couldn’t attend Prince Philip’s funeral either, upon the advice of physicians. She, however, sent a hand-written note along with a wreath through Harry, who attended the service.

The Sussexes took to their social media to express their condolences after his demise on April 9. “Thank you for your service … You will be greatly missed,” the couple wrote on the website for their non-profit, Archewell Foundation.

Harry reportedly had peace talks with his older brother Prince William for over two hours after the funeral service. It was further revealed that Kate Middleton played “peacemaker” and broke the ice between the brothers.

Things have been far from great for the Sussexes ever since they decided to step down as working royals from the British Royal Family. The bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey added to the tensions, as Meghan spilled some unsavory beans about her experiences with racism and having suicidal thoughts during her stint at Buckingham Palace.

Harry has also been vocal about William and him being on different paths. But the Duke maintained that he continues to harbor a great deal of love and respect for his older brother, and it will always remain that way.

The couple announced on Valentine’s Day that they are expecting their second child, a baby girl, who is due this summer.
