Female royal family members are usually seen wearing designer clothes, custom-made outfits and signature dresses whenever there is an important occasion. But did you know that beyond glitz and glamour, they also don casual wears on ordinary days?

In fact, trainers are one of Kate Middleton’s, Meghan Markle’s, and other known princesses’ favorite pair if they opt for a more casual look. So here are the sneaker brands that some of the female royals love to wear.

Kate Middleton

The Duchess of Cambridge has been often seen wearing Superga Cotu classic sneakers. In fact, she has been photographed donning this pair over and over.

Kate is not afraid to show her casual look on ordinary days. But when she needs to unleash her sophisticated style on special events, she can go from ragged to classy.

Meghan Markle

Meghan’s favorite trainers to wear are the French brand Veja Sneakers. Prince Harry’s wife is one of the most dressed duchesses and is also becoming a royal fashion icon, just like Kate. So people have been following everything she wears.

Despite her refined taste in fashion, Meghan is known for wearing affordable accessories like the Veja Sneakers. But these are not ordinary sneakers. They are made of organic cotton directly bought from the farmers of Brazil and Peru. They have no harmful elements and are both environmental friendly and animal friendly as they are created with pure vegan materials.

Princess Beatrice

Princesses can go funky, too! That was what Princess Beatrice proved when she was spotted wearing an embroidered pair of sneakers at London’s Soho House with her sister, Princess Eugenie.

Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s elder daughter donned a comfortable two-toned tailored coat paired with black tights and slip-on sneakers embroidered with snowflake patterns. However, the brand seems to be unknown as Pop Sugar only likened it to shoes from Aquazurra, New Look, Zara, Soda, Christian Louboutin and Soludos.

Princess Eugenie

Princess Eugenie also proves that princesses wear affordable brands of shoes like Converse. The classic brand has been a cult favorite for many, including Princess Eugenie.

In fact, in an interview with British Vogue, Princess Beatrice revealed that one of her biggest fights with her sister involved a pair of Converse. “We have the same size feet and both of us had identical pairs,” she said. “One pair got trashed and the other sister may have swapped them.”

Lady Amelia Windsor

Lady Amelia Windsor donned a pair of chunky trainers by Stella McCartney at the preview of the Royal Academy of Arts summer exhibition. George Windsor, Earl of St Andrews, and Sylvana Tomaselli’s daughter is known for her controversial and one-of-a-kind fashion choices, and her outfit that day is like no other.

Once again, she surprised everyone when she paired her long cream satin dress with bow detail and lace trim, also from McCartney, with bulky sneakers. The English fashion model completed her look with gold jewelry and a blue leather handbag.
