Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may have quit being part of the British royal family but they are still being hounded by paparazzi. These photographers who follow them everywhere and take pictures are the leading cause why the Duke and Duchess of Sussex decided to give up their royal titles and live an ordinary life but it seems that the privacy invaders will not let leave them alone despite the couple’s sacrifice.

In fact, even if Markle is already in Canada and living on an island where their family is currently based, the paparazzi were able to capture photos of her new life and these were published online and on prints. The sad thing is - the former “Suits” actress is still being criticized.

According to The Daily Mail, Meghan Markle was slammed via social media after her photos with baby Archie surfaced on the web. She was seen walking her two dogs while carrying her son through a baby carrier. The problem is that people say that she was handling Archie in the wrong way and this could be dangerous for the toddler.

Her photos showed the former actress in good spirits as she was smiling in the photos. However, people are saying that Archie looks uncomfortable as he hangs on his mother’s chest.

“Archie looks uncomfortable - maybe one of Meghan's armed guards could give her a hand with the pup...just say'in,” one Twitter user said while another one commented, “Please someone show Meghan how a baby carrier is used correctly before poor little Archie drops out.”

There were some people who defended Markle and said that although one of the straps appeared to have slipped down at one point, Archie was still safe in his mother’s hand. They said that she was holding her son close to her and she couldn’t drop him at that moment.

Meanwhile, TMZ reported that Meghan and Prince Harry is taking legal action for the paparazzi photos of the hike with Archie. The couple forwarded a cease and desist letter addressed to the British media and it says that they will sue right away if they publish or buy those photos taken at their private time at home in Vancouver Island in Canada.

With the letter already in the hands of the media and the photos have been spread at this point, it only means that there will be lawsuits in the coming days. Several photos of Meghan and Archie’s hiking outing have been making rounds online and they are still up today.

Finally, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stated that the shots were taken while the photographers hid in the bushes. But then, some people explained that the duchess knew that she was being photographed and even smiled for the camera.

“She's absolutely bonkers. She knew they were there, in fact, the only reason SHE was there was to get her photo taken,” one observer commented. “If Splash does another 'settlement' then they are in on the dodgy deals. Harry has already sued them for out of court settlement. Potential insurance scam.”
