Miley Cyrus bares all on the cover of V Magazine, the singer's body looks tight and fit as she models daring and edgy looks. Miley's provocative cover is paired with an equally provocative interview about the 20-year-old singer's new album, her relationship with fiancé Liam Hemsworth, and of course her new hard style.

Miley tugs on male underwear, cups her bare breasts and poses in unbuttoned pants. Her cropped hair was dyed multiple different colors for the fashion spread including orange, pink, lilac and a white-blue.

Miley summed up her new ever transforming style briefly and bluntly telling V, "I'm going to change, I'm going to be different, I'm going to do what I want to do. I chopped my hair and bought a pair of Docs and never looked back."

She also addresses the non-stop rumors about her relationship with fiancé Liam Hemsworth, "I'm not home with my boyfriend all the time. We work. Every week it's 'Are they broken up? Because we don't see a photo of them," she says. Miley continued, citing her frustrations with the constant media attention in her personal life, "I don't have time to go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don't. I'd rather chill at my house and be there for the time I actually get to spend with him."

Miley also discussed her excitement for the release of her much anticipated album. Her fourth studio album is produced by Pharell who was also involved in the interview with V, Miley said this record is special because, "I made a record for the people that love me, but then I made a record for the people that I want to start to understand me."

Her new album is scheduled to be released this year and Miley continued to reveal her anticipation and enthusiasm to V, "I got excited because on this record I can say whatever I want," she said. "And then I got more comfortable with that and the record got better and better."
