At the Xbox Reveal Event Microsoft said they had 15 exclusive titles in the works for the next-generation console, the Xbox One. Could it be that a "Mirror's Edge" sequel is one of those exclusive titles coming in the following months?
The company did reveal two titles, "Forza 5" and "Quantum Break," at the event.

Crytek's Kinect game "Ryse" and Rare's secret game was uncovered after Microsoft's press event. While we have seen "Ryse" before in trailer form, the only clue around Rare's title is that it will be a return of a historic title -- possibly "Killer Instinct." But there are still more than 10 games to account for and maybe "Mirror's Edge 2" is a possible title.
The rumor mill about a sequel for DICE's 2008 first-person platformer "Mirror's Edge" has been circulating for quite some time. But recent discoveries are making this rumor seem more and more real.
First, the unconfirmed sequel received a retail listing on Amazon Italy but was quickly removed. Now the game has appeared on EA's website in a help page, but again was promptly removed.
IGN reportedly spoke with an EA spokesperson after the listing on EA and was told:
"We appreciate fan enthusiasm for Mirror's Edge, especially fans throughout the retail channel. This is not official EA material. We have nothing to announce at this time."
According to Gamer Blorge website back in 2012 EA's GM Ben Cousins let slip that the company was working on a sequel to "Mirror's Edge."

With all the slips and rumors it's only a matter of time before the game is announced. Especially since E3 is right around the corner.
Whatever the case may be, we should definitely be hearing all the details about these 15 exclusive titles coming to the Xbox One.
