After celebrating Johnnie Walker’s founder John Walker’s birthday on Saturday, July 25, today we continue the whiskey festivities celebrating National Scotch Day. John Walker’s spark, vision, and entrepreneurial fire created a 200-year legacy for Johnnie Walker, a Scotch Whisky that remains one of the most beloved and best-selling Scotches across the globe.
In honor of his birthday and National Scotch Day, the company shared with Latin Times a delicious Johnnie Walker highball recipe along with a few fun facts about the brand.

Black Label Coconut Highball
Ingredients:
1.5oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
1oz Sweet Vermouth
3oz Coconut Sparkling Water
Garnish: Orange Slice
Glassware: Highball
Method:
Combine all ingredients over cubed ice in a highball glass. Top with an orange slice.
