Prince Andrew might have been dragged into one of the most controversial sex abuse scandals of the era. But, the prince isn’t backing down to prove he is not involved. It is alleged that Prince Andrew has brought in a team of forensic experts to examine the photographs that got him embroiled in the controversy.

“Prince Andrew does not recognize the photo,” said an insider source to a leading publication. “And the more you look at it, the odder it gets. The Duke is 6ft. Virginia Roberts Giuffre is 5ft 3in,” the insider added. The duke’s aides believe that photographs could’ve been doctored as the huge height difference doesn’t come through in the picture.

The first snap examined shows the Duke taking a stroll at the Central Park with Epstein back in 2010 - two years after Epstein admitted to pushing underage girls into the flesh trade. The second picture shows Prince Andrew at Epstein's former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell's London home in 2001.

In the photograph, if one looks closely, sees Andrew wrap his hands around Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s waist. The duke’s lawyers have questioned the credibility of the picture, as they claim Andrew's fingers look “too chubby." Giuffre was 17 at the time and claims to have been used as Epstein's sex slave, and has reportedly had s*x thrice with Prince Andrew.

However, things are still not looking up for the Prince. The FBI and the U.S. justice department are under the impression that the photographs have not been tampered with and are authentic. This piece of news comes after the British Royal Family vehemently denied Prince Andrew’s involvement with an underage. “Any suggestion of impropriety with underage minors is categorically untrue," the statement from Buckingham Palace mentioned.

While Prince Andrew did cross paths with Jeffrey Epstein in the past, along with several other high profile figures like Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, none of them seem to have had an inkling to the deceased and disgraced billionaire’s dark side. “At no stage during the limited time, I spent with him did I see, witness or suspect any behavior of the sort that subsequently led to his arrest and conviction,” said Prince Andrew in a statement in August. Soon after, Roberts’ lawyer urged the Prince to answer a series of “real questions.”

"With respect to Prince Andrew or anyone else who has made a gratuitous statement, if anyone who wants to come over here and talk to us and answer real questions that the victims have and that we have on their behalf we welcome that," the lawyer said.
