In an all-new explosive reveal of sorts, Kensington Palace aides hold Meghan Markle accountable for all things murky and ugly in the royal household.

Routine humiliation, incessant bullying, aggravated PTSD, and playing the victim card over and over again— The Duchess of Sussex has been accused of driving scores of Kensington Palace staffers up the wall, apart from leaving a volley of them ‘sick and shaking’.

As per a recently launched read, “Battle of Brothers: William, Harry and the Inside Story of a Family in Tumult" by British historian Robert Lacey, historical adviser to “The Crown”, things went downhill between William and Harry after a heated altercation broke out when the former confronted his younger brother after learning about a memo from Kensington Palace communications secretary Jason Knauf detailing numerous complaints from staffers about the mistreatment meted out by the Duchess of Sussex.

“I’m very concerned that the duchess was able to bully two PAs out of the household in the past year,” Knauf emailed William’s private secretary Simon Case, as reported in ET Canada, in October 2018. Knauf had a spate of allegations pertaining to the complaints received against Harry’s wife. As per his claims, a Kensington Palace courtier once claimed, “Meghan governed by fear.” While another stated, “So many people said it. Nothing was ever good enough for her. [She] humiliated staff in meetings, [would] shout at them, [would] cut them off email chains — and then demand to know why they hadn’t done anything.”

Turns out, the excerpt from the book also details how William personally knew those Knauf had mentioned in his dossier and was appalled. A quick telephonic conversation with Harry ensued, which led to ugly meltdowns. The outlet also disclosed that, “when Harry flared up in furious defense of his wife, the elder brother persisted. Harry shut off his phone angrily, so William went to speak to him personally. The prince was horrified by what he had just been told about Meghan’s alleged behavior, and he wanted to hear what Harry had to say.” That face-to-face “showdown” was reportedly “fierce and bitter.”

While Meghan has been vocal about her struggles, scores of palace workers believe struggling was often the other way around. The report further elaborates, “Meghan portrayed herself as the victim,” one Kensington Palace staffer claimed in the report, further adding, “but she was the bully. People felt run over by her. They didn’t know how to handle this woman. They thought she was a complete narcissist and sociopath — basically unhinged. Which was why the pair of them were drawn to each other in the first place — both damaged goods.”

Considering how Harry seemed in no mood to listen and stuck to be staunchly defensive about his wife’s actions, William decided things had to go separate ways. And, hence, Simon Case got started on the process of dividing two households. A friend also revealed, the discussion led to the end—William threw Harry out.

Fast forward to now, and Harry has reportedly demanded his own journalist at the forthcoming Diana’s memorial. As cited in Daily Mail, the Duke of Sussex harbors plans to appoint an approved writer to work with him on his return to the UK early next month. Harry will be visiting his family, while Meghan is likely to stay back with the kids in Montecito, giving the historic event a miss.
