It seems like Sony's Q&A for the next-generation PlayStation 4 is only showing future buyers what the PS4 CAN'T do. Sony revealed that the PS4 will not support external hard drives during the massive Q&A on the PlayStation Blog. Storage on the PS4 will be limited to the next-gen machine's 500GB. Even replacing the internal hard drive limits space -- installing another 9.5mm SATA II HDD is possible, but only so long as its space exceeds 160GB.
It seems like so much bad news has come out of the Q&A. Earlier it was also announced that Sony's PS4 Remote Play feature may only work at home. Remote Play is the feature that allows user to stream their PS4 gameplay to their PS Vita system via Wi-Fi. When asked when will Remote Play work best, Sony responded by saying at home would be the best place to use the feature but using it away from your home will be an option it just isn't guaranteed to work and if it does it may not work very well.

The blog post also offers questions about PS Plus and online multiplayer functioning and features for the PS4 along with digital entertainment and gameplay sharing.
The PlayStation 4 is set to hit retail shelves November 15. Are you still going to purchase a PS4 after hearing all the details about the next-generation console?
