Today at IFA during Samsung's Unpacked event the company announced a plethora of products coming in the near future. These included, not one, but two new smartphones plus the company has partnered up with another to bring users a virtual reality headset.

The biggest news has been all about the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The company's large-screen device is still following the motto "more is better." While the screen size remains the same, the Note 4 has a Quad HD Super AMOLED display that will improve resolution and quality. The rear camera has been bumped up to a whopping 16 megapixels, while the front-facing camera now totes 3.7 megapixels. The smartphone also comes with a new S-pen to write. Samsung revealed that the device will be available in the U.S. in October.

Next the company unveiled another Galaxy Note smartphone dubbed the "Note Edge." This device has a unique design with a ticker-like bar that runs horizontally on the edge of the phone. The display can be changed to suit your preferences. You can change the device to show email and other top-priority information such as weather, and turns into an alarm clock at night. Furthermore Samsung announced an open SDK for Edge for developers to play around with the display. The device will arrive sometime this fall and will be available on the top four carriers.

Last but not least is Samsung's virtual reality device, the Gear VR. The device will utilize its partnership to bring users entertainment, education and gaming. The device has got some big names attached to it such as Marvel and Legendary Pictures. This device will also go on sale sometime this fall.
