This has definitely been a great year for Thalía. The Mexican singer and actress released a song with Prince Royce that became an instant hit, she went blonde causing a major buzz on social media, she was named “Icon Of Style” by Macy’s, released a children’s book “Chupie The Binky That Returned Home,” she co-hosted “The View” with Barbara Walters, renewed her vows with husband Tommy Mottola after 13 years of marriage and she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Sounds like a busy year, right? Well, 2014 will be no different for her, and a proof of that is the news that her radio show will be heard all across the United States.

“Conexión Thalía Radio Show” debuted in March, 2007, and has been transmitted in several states through Cumulus Media Network. Now, the variety show that combines segments on entertainment, music, fashion, heath and immigration, as well as interview with prominent figures and icons of the Hispanic community. Now, the show will join Spanish Broadcasting System’s AIRE Radio Networks after they reached an agreement to be broadcasted nationwide. “I’m very excited about working with AIRE Radio Networks and the Spanish Broadcasting System’s renowned team to extend the distribution of my show across America,” said Thalía in a statement.

“Now I will have the opportunity to reach many more fans and expand my show to multiple platforms,” the singer added. “Thalía will be a vital component of our success in offering an attractive and entertaining programming in the Spanish radio networks across the country,” said Elisa Torres, Senior Vice President of Affiliate Sales and Operations of AIRE Radio Networks. “Based on Thalía’s exceptional performance on the radio for the past seven years, we expect to extend her entertainment brand to even more listeners in the United States.” Although there’s no official release date announced, we think that it might be in the beginning of 2014.
