Devin Ratray of "Home Alone" fame and his girlfriend allegedly had an argument that got ugly and physical.

According to TMZ, the alleged incident happened last week and his girlfriend filed a police report a day after the domestic dispute. In the report, the woman claimed the 44-year-old actor got physical with her while they were having an argument. He allegedly tried to strangle her and put his hand over her mouth. In order to escape, she said that she bit his hand, but he punched her in the face and later she ran off to a stairwell. She then got hold of her belongings and left.

Police were called to a Hyatt hotel near downtown Oklahoma City after the alleged incident, law enforcement sources said. They also shared that the couple went their separate ways for the night once the situation was under control.

Page Six got hands on a redacted police report that confirmed that an incident such as this happened on Dec. 9. A spokesperson for the Oklahoma City Police Department said that no charges had been filed, but due to privacy, those involved in it were not revealed in the report. No one was also arrested in connection with the incident.

A representative for Ratray said that although “nothing physical happened,” the two had an argument that led to the couple breaking up that night.

Ratray became a household name in the early ’90s after playing Buzz McCallister, the bully elder brother of Kevin McCallister (Macaulay Culkin), in the first two “Home Alone” movies. This year, Ratray reprised his role as Buzz in Disney+'s “Home Sweet Home Alone” movie, and in an interview with PEOPLE, he said that a “Home Alone” reunion with some of the original cast members was being planned.

He added that the film's team have been planning a reunion online and he recently, got "on their messenger chat thread, and I have been trying to keep up with Jed Cohen and Diana (Rein) and Terrie (Snell) and Angela Goethals and Hillary Wolf." Ratray said that the "family is moving on their own accord to get together, so who knows what’s going to happen in the future?”
