Meghan Markle is reportedly shunned from high-society dinner parties because of her bad reputation. According to reports, the high society has snubbed the Duchess of Sussex because she’s a rule breaker who has the tendency to do things her own way.

On Sunday, a report came out claiming that Meghan Markle tends to ignore rules and pack PDAs with Prince Harry, causing his friends to “roll their eyes.” Meghan reportedly dismisses dinner party etiquette because she finds it too “exclusive” and “traditional.” That is why while there’s a rule that says that couples should never sit next to each other at high-society parties, she insists on sitting next to Prince Harry all the time.

The Duchess of Sussex also reportedly cut her communication with her friends after meeting the Duke of Sussex in 2016. Lizzie Cundy, a former friend of Meghan, told the publication that it has always been Meghan’s dream to meet someone who is famous and British.

“We were having a chat and then she said, ‘Do you know any famous guys? I’m single and I really love English men,’” Cundy shared.

According to the publication, Cundy told Meghan that she and their other friends would go out and find her someone famous and British. After Meghan started dating Prince Harry, Cundy reached out to Meghan, but the “Suits” actress already cut her off and refused to give her any detail about their budding relationship. “I was literally ghosted by her,” Cundy told the publication.

Royal author Lady Colin Campbell also described Meghan in her book as “graceless,” saying that her behavior would have appalled Princess Diana if she were still alive. Campbell, who has published several books about the British royal family, said that Meghan’s behavior has already influenced Prince Harry.

“Prince Harry and Meghan were quick to trot out the charm when it suits them but are otherwise graceless,” the 69-year-old author said. According to her, the way Meghan behaves only shows her lack of understanding and appreciation of her royal position. “I’m not sure who she thinks is behaving this way,” said Colin.
