In a rather bizarre event of sorts, a woman in Florida's Palm Coast claimed to have spotted a dinosaur-like creature lurking around in her yard last week.

“Any animal we can come up with that would be 'walking' at 3:40 in the morning, wouldn't walk this way,” said Cristina Ryan to FOX 35 Orlando.“Maybe I've watched 'Jurassic Park' too many times, but I see a raptor or other small dinosaur,” she added, also citing that she has CCTV footages of the same.

The brief footage captures a few seconds of what appears to be a tiny animal with a thick tail dashing through the yard. Ryan further added that everyone, with whom she shared the video, opined that the creature resembled a baby dinosaur.

The footage certainly grabbed attention on social media, drawing myriad reactions, as netizens began to speculate what it could really be. “Some say a large bird, but that makes no sense -- since whatever it appears to have front legs. So not sure? Lol. I'm sticking with raptor myself,” Ryan quipped, as reported by the station. “Looks like a Komodo dragon or some type of lizard!” a user wrote. “Unless Fred Flintstone lost control of Dino, that's someone's pet on a leash," another replied.

"Jurassic World is for real!!!” said somebody else. Giving how the topic was indeed comment-worthy, the official Twitter account of Universal Orlando Resort also joined in on the fun.

“Quickly counts all of the raptors,” the account tweeted to add some flavor to the fun. A new ride, the Jurassic World VelociCoaster is slated to open in June at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

While the worldwide web is divided on what the creature could actually be, there's hope that a further probe into the incident will unfold in due course of time. Either way, Twitter is having a field day!
